About Archbishop Dr.Cyprian Kizito Lwanga

Born on 19th January 1953 in Kyabakadde, Uganda, His Grace Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga rose from humble beginnings in Nagalama Parish to become one of the most influential spiritual leaders in Uganda and across Africa. He was a man deeply grounded in theology, education, and compassion, serving both the Church and the people with unwavering devotion. From his early education at Kyabakadde Primary School to his higher studies in Rome and France, he pursued wisdom with humility and purpose.

Offer bursaries to deserving students.
Provide scholastic materials to support learning and ensure no learner is left behind due to lack of resources.
Equip youth with practical skills to equip young people for sustainable livelihoods.
Support school feeding programs: Supporting nutritious meals in schools to boost attendance, health, and concentration for better learning outcomes.

Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga Foundation was founded in 2022 to preserve and promote the vision of His Grace, the late Archbishop, who tirelessly championed justice, spiritual depth, youth formation, and service to the vulnerable.
